PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

If you find a lower price, anywhere else on the Internet, on a new identical item, just show us the lower price at TheLightingShop.com and we'll refund 110% of the difference. We will provide you a refund for the price difference plus 10% of that difference. For example, if we are selling a product for $100 and you find it elsewhere for $90, we would owe you $11 (or the difference, which is $10 + 10% of difference = $1 for a total of $11 back to you).  Proof of the total purchase price MUST be presented to TheLightingShop.com. Proof can be in the form of a screen shot of the final screen or a fax of the final screen. The screen shot must clearly identify the total purchase price including shipping and handling charges. You must contact us for a Price Match Authorization. Submission must clearly show final purchase price, date, and URL link. Faxes/emails without Price Match Authorization or unsolicited faxes/emails will not be considered. Incomplete proof of submission will not be considered. The following conditions must be met in order to claim this promotion:

• Our PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE is good on everything sold on our web site. The item must be in-stock and available for purchase at that price from a company located in the U.S. who is authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product.
  
  
• Our PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE is for only those customers signed up in the TheLightingShop.com Special Customer Program. (Click here for details.)
  
  
• The item must be identical. For example, it must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty. It must also have the same model number and contain the same components.

• Our PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE only applies to products and prices that are available for purchase online.

• The PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE excludes homedepot.com, lowes.com and other "big-box" stores.

• The PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE does not apply to discontinued or clearance products.
  
  
• All applicable shipping and handling charges are included with your Life Time Price Match. Proof of the other company's shipping and handling charges MUST be supplied on the competitor’s site. We will not call and confirm shipping and handling charges.
